先週の金曜日に土産話を聞きに「La Antica Casa」（時代屋）へ行ってきました。
ま、土産話だけじゃなく、おみやげをいただいのですが（ありがとうございました）。
お店の入口横には、このようなものが飾ってあり、明らかにヴェネツィアの謝肉祭
（カルネヴァーレ）帰りです（笑）

これはシェフ御一行が訪れた「Ristorante Dall’Amelia」で出された料理をカズくんが再現して
くれたものです。このお店は、シェフがヴェネツィアで働いていたお店で、僕も連れて行って
もらったことがあります。
＝＝＝⇒　　Ristorante Dall’Amelia
海老のグリルポテト添え。ソースもエビです。
まるでフレンチのようなお皿です。カズくんは、イタリア料理界のウジェーヌ・ドラクロワに
なるかもしれません。
ん？味？そりゃ旨いに決まってるでしょ。多分、Ameliaより旨いよ。

「変な皿が増えてるな」と思い近づいてみると、それは皿ではありませんでした。
イタリア最古のパスタ「テスタローリ」だそうです。
リグーリア付近でポピュラーですが北トスカーナの伝統的な郷土料理のようです。
これがパスタかと云えばどうなんだって感じですが、焼きパスタみたいなもんでしょう。
Testi（テスティ）という丸い型に流し込んで焼くらしいですよ。
一度、食べてみたいものです。
