鱸の塩釜焼き

img001.jpg昨日、かみさんが作った料理。
鱸（すずき）の塩釜焼き。
こんな時期に鱸なんて、高かろうと
思ったけど、小ぶりなので安いらしい。
小ぶりと云っても25センチは、ある。
500円しなかったらしい。
しかも地物。
ビバ！敦賀港！（笑）

ピザはやはり生地から手作りですよね？
ウチもやるけど、IWAさん家の方が美味しそうだ。

わはは！大げさな。
お刺身でも食べられるお魚を、塩釜焼きにすると、
火を通し過ぎないで済むので、失敗を避けられます。
ぜひ、海の近くへ（爆
ピザ生地は、んなもんイチから手作り出来るかーい！
途中までは、パン焼器がこねてくれるんです^^
パン焼器は便利。食パンだけじゃないぞ。

200回以上も手でやってられるかーぃ！
そっかぁ～。火を通し過ぎずに出来るのか。
実際的な方法なのですね。一つ賢くなりました(笑)
