食べてきましたハモン・セラーノ。私は好きです。
これまで食べていたものと違う食べ物ですね。
お好み焼きと広島風お好み焼きの違いのような・・・
あの塊がテーブルに運ばれてきたとき大変驚きました。先っぽには、蹄がついているじゃないですか。
絵皿料理の滑り出しも好調のようでマスターも喜んでいましたよ。

実は、その日に僕も行きました（笑
絵皿は、現在９枚出ていて、僕が３人で食べに行ったから、
ささじさんとこと合わせると、半分以上を占めてますね（爆
右近さんは、得意げにハモンセラーノを切り出していたと
思いますが、調子に乗りすぎですね。
だって、あれだけ切って、あの値段だと、儲けが無い筈です。
セラーノもトリュフも儲けがないくらい削ってしまう、
珍しいお店です（笑
