TRATTORIA La Antica Casa
先日、「時代屋」へ行ってきました。ちょっと久しぶりでした（笑）
今月末には、リストランテＡさんとことコラボでシチリア料理会をやるらしいのです。
僕は都合がつきそうにもなく、残念です。
写真は「かずくん特製田舎風パテ」。おいしかった。
豚バラと鶏レバーに網脂を施してあって、食感と風味が絶妙です。僕の嫌いなピクルスも、
こうして食べると巧くマッチしますね。っつうか、このピクルスが旨いだけか（笑）
ほんと、このパテの豚の残粒感が好きです。これより細かいと残念な事になると思います。
かずくん曰く「ピノリだと、これにフォアグラが入る」そうです（爆）
いや、僕はこっちがいい(^^)フォアグラはフォアグラだけで食いたいから（笑）
そう云えば、寝ぼけたようなことを聞いて来ました(^^;
２３年も続いてる「時代屋」の呼称を変えたそうです（笑）
「TRATTORIA La Antica Casa」これからは、こう呼んでくれと。
じゃ、「時代屋」って名はどうするのかと尋ねると、屋号として残す！と。
・・・・・知らんがな（笑）
でも、この呼称がちゃんと広まるかどうかは、僕とか常連客の啓蒙にかかってるそうです（笑）
そりゃ、責任重大(^^;
てな訳で、仕方ないので「TRATTORIA La Antica Casa」を広めたいと思います。
面倒な方は「アンティカ・カーサ」でいいです。トラットリアを付けた場合などは、「ラ」も
付けると雰囲気が出ていいです。あと ～Cucina Italiana～とか～Buon Ricordo～とかも加えても
良いですが、後者は意味を尋ねられると説明するのが面倒なので避けたほうが無難です（笑）
では、明日からしばらく「La Antica Casa」の啓蒙活動を始めたいと思います（汗）
キリスト教も苦難の末、地道な布教活動が実って今の地位があるわけです。啓蒙活動は剣よりも銃よりも強いのです。頑張ってください。 アーメン。。。。。
