帰れ、ソレントへ

時代屋のチーフにお土産をもらいました(^^)
どうやら南イタリア、ソレント半島やアマルフィ海岸の
辺りに行ってきたみたいです。
あ、ローマも行ったみたいだけど。
これはソレント土産ですね。
そう、ナポリ民謡『帰れ、ソレントへ』のソレント。
とぉーるぁなーーあ、そーりぇんとぉーー♪（笑）
プルチネッラのボトルですね。黒いマスクにカギ鼻。
白いダボっとした外套がトレードマークのナポリの道化師です。
ストラヴィンスキーの組曲の題材になってたりします(^^)
バレエになったり、喜劇になったり、世界の道化師の定義は
よく解りません。ピエロやジョーカーやスカラムーシュとかでも
ちゃんと説明出来ないしね。まぁ、そんなもんです（笑）
で、ボトルの中味はリモンチェッロです。
レモンのリキュールで食後酒です。アルコール度、高し。
ちょっとネットで調べてみて驚いたんだけど、原料のアマルフィーのレモンってのが、
かなりデカイ！僕らが思ってるレモンの３～４倍はある。
で、「そのレモンの皮を使うんだ」とチーフから聞かされてはいたんだけど、リモンチェッロには
皮のみを使って、果汁は一切使わないんだって。おいおい。
だから本物のリモンチェッロには酸味がないそうです。驚きですな。
よし。おみやげもらって、無駄な知識も増えたぞ。
あとは如何にこれを応用して、見て来た様な嘘をつくかですね（笑）

リモンチェッロ大好きです（＾＾）
しかし皮しか使わないとは知りませんでした！！
ソレントとアマルフィーには一度だけ行きました。ソレントのレンタカー屋のお兄ちゃんに教えてもらった店が凄く美味しくてパスタが絶妙のアルデンテ！！忘れられません。また行きたいなぁ。
