文旦

おはまさんに、いただきました。高知名物の土佐文旦。
え、文旦って、そんなメジャーな食べ物ですか？伊予柑は知ってるけどなぁ。
多分、初めて食べました。確かに不思議においしいです。八朔に似てるけど全然違うな。柔らかさが。
で、見た目から想像する苦さ、酸っぱさが全然ないの。
甘さも想像したのと違う、すっきりした甘さです。
柑橘類が好きな方は当然でしょうが、嫌いな方とか苦手な方にもアピールするんじゃないかな。
来年は、箱買いしようか(^^;　伊予柑、ピーンチ！（笑）

どっちかっていうと、グレープフルーツに近い感覚で食べてたかも。
甘さの種類が全然違いますよね〜。
