ミュライユ

a06031301.jpg忙しいと云いつつ、雑用の為に彦根へ行って来ました。
たねや彦根「美濠の舎」へ。
そこのパン工房で作られてるパンを回収。
「ミュライユ」と名づけられたこのパン、フランス語で
城壁を意味するそうです。確かにこのパン工房は、
彦根城のすぐそばにあるっていうか、すぐそこがお堀(^^)
パンの切り口も城壁っぽいです。
黒米玄米、発芽玄米を使った生地の中に粒餡と大納言小豆が入ってるそうです。
一切れが、ずっしり重いです。
で、味はと言うとそりゃ旨い。
しっとりとしてて、甘くて、けどその甘さは健康を害するような甘さじゃなくて。
毎日でも食べたいくらいにおいしい。
けど、尋常じゃない値段です（笑）十センチ角のパンが１斤で1200円！
まぁ、値段に恥じない味ですがね（笑）
そういえば、敦賀には美味しいベーカリーが中々根付きません。
一昔前に比べたら随分マシになったけどね。
僕の知り合いが京都でパンの修行をしているそうです。
早く敦賀に戻ってきて、パン屋さん開いてくれないかなぁ（笑）

福井で手軽に入手できるとすれば、西武のＤＯＮＱくらいですかね。
確かにおいしい。でも、わざわざ買いに行くくらいなら地元のパンでも妥当かと。
わざわざ買いに行きたくなるようなシャンピニオンとかね。そういうお店が欲しいです。
