京風遊膳「なとり」

時代屋のチーフに薦められた、お店。京懐石のお店「なとり」。
隣県滋賀県の伊香郡高月町にあります。
いつも自分の店で、採算の合わない料理ばっかり出してる人が絶賛して僕に薦める店ってのは、
どれだけのコスパなのか興味津々でした(^^;
で、先週の土曜日に行ってきました。
ランチで祝宴だったのですが、いきなり笑いましたね。素敵な前菜です。
ロウソクの灯りを覆ってるのは、大根の桂剥きでした。あはは!
そこから、怒涛のように押し寄せる料理の数々。どれひとつとっても手抜きなし。
心のある料理でした。まいりました。死ぬほど満腹になりました。
手間ひまを考えると明らかにコスト割れですね。好きじゃないと出来ません。
