ステーキ宮


敦賀に「ステーキ宮」が出来たので行ってみました。→「ステーキ宮」
敦賀には以前「ステーキ１ワン」ってステキなお店があったのですが、余りにステキ過ぎて
市民に受け入れられず撤退してしまいました（笑）　→「ステーキ１ワン」
そんな訳で待望のステーキハウス系ファミレスです。
そして、栃木県では圧倒的な支持を受けてるらしい「宮のタレ」。
とりあえず「宮ロースステーキ」を頼んでみました。

・・・・・160gで1,180円なら、こんなもんやなぁ。確かに肉は柔らかいよ。
別に美味しい肉を使ってる訳じゃないから、こんなもんやろなぁ。
だからと云って、この店で高い肉を食べるのもどうかと思います。
「宮のタレ」もマズマズってところで、買って帰ろうとは思いませんでした。
写真右はペレットと云って、焼いた石みたいモノ。これで温度調節を。とのことでしたが、
温度調節じゃなくって、焼き加減調節みたいなもんです。切った肉の断面をこれに付けて
ジュっと更に焼くみたいな・・・要らんで、こんなもん（笑）
もし、次に行く機会があったら、ハンバーグを食べてみたいと思います。

宮のたれは地元のスーパーでよく回収してて、使ってます。
おろしだれは大変美味しい。まずい肉もおいしく食べられます。
しかし、宮のお店には行ったことがない。敦賀に出来たとは。
