らしい。大阪地検特捜部のやることにしては余りにもお粗末で、余りにも幼稚。
おまけに「改ざんは過失だった」って云い訳も理解不能です。
押収したブツの扱いってのは、厳重で神経使うもんでしょう。不可解な点が多すぎますね。
冤罪は、こうして作られるのか。とか騒ぐ人もいるんだから、こればっかりは徹底的に
真相を究明して欲しいけど、多分無理でしょうね。
それにしても怖ろしいのはメディアです。怖ろしいと云うか恥知らずと云うか。

この郵便不正事件に関わったとされる人を全て犯人扱いした上で、無罪になった人が出ると
手放しで喜んでるフリして冤罪の構図とか訳の解らん論理を展開しまくり。
僕は検察の肩を持つ訳でも無ければ、足利事件なんかは明らかに冤罪だと思う。
でも、世の中には立証が出来なくて無罪ということは存在するのです。
合成麻薬ＭＤＭＡの件でも保護責任者遺棄致死は立証できなかっただけかもしれないし、
僕は保護責任者遺棄罪で懲役２年６月は少ないと感じます。

圧力がかかったかのように、その点に関しては報道しなくなりましたね。
