フンギ・ポルチーニ

今が正に旬！だそうです。松茸じゃないよ（笑）
生のフンギ・ポルチーニ茸です。本物です。
ポルコ・ロッソのシェフにいただきました！グラッツェ！

乾燥ものならいざしらず、生のポルチーニ丸ごと初めて見た(^^;
だけどね、ウチはお店じゃないからね。一般家庭ですから。
これを、どうすればいいのか悩みます。
ラグー・ソースもないからね（笑）
シェフはフリッターとカルパッチョを薦めたそうです。なるほど！
ソテーとかもいけるかな？オーブン焼きも食いたいな。
カルボナーラに合うそうですが、僕が苦手なので。
トマトソースかアーリオ・オーリオでいいっすか？（笑）

これはやっぱり、塩味で網焼きにして、
ちょっとオリーブオイルをたらして、
そのままでしょ。　ソースは絡めず
そのまま食べて欲しい！

ポルチーニ！　本物は大きいんですね。あの香りがたまらなく好きです。
店に行けば食べれるんでしょうか？　でも店までかなり遠いので、行けても来週の土日です。
