鹿すじ肉しぐれ煮


先日、くつき温泉「てんくう」へ行った時に買ってきた、鹿すじのしぐれ煮。生姜を入れて煮た佃煮
ですね。このようなお土産はいくつかあって、椎茸や昆布の佃煮等ひと通り試食してみたのですが、
どれも美味しかったです。そして、どれも同程度の値段。
そうなると椎茸や昆布の佃煮に比べた場合、コスパに優れたのはこれだろう。ってことです(笑)
期待にたがわず、うまかった。鹿肉ってスジが多いようですが、柔らかいみたいです。
それにしても、僕は、こういうのがほんと好きだなぁ。と再自覚。
鹿食って、うまかった。まさに、うましかですね(自嘲)
