星山ホルモン


仕事関係の集まりで、ホルモンパーティが開かれました。基本は、モツ鍋。
使われるホルモンは、福井県ではホルモンの代名詞である大野市、星山商店の上ホルモンです。
シマチョウだけでなく、タンやセンマイも入ってます。
開封して、大量のネギとモヤシとキャベツを入れれば、モツ鍋が出来上がります。
これだけで、旨いんです。すごい匂いだけどね(笑)
最後に麺を入れて、これも美味しいのです。ホルモン独特の脂が甘いです。
僕は、自宅では滅多にホルモン食べないし、焼肉行ったら食べますが、お酒が飲めないので
焼き肉やホルモン系は詳しくないのです。こういうのは、貴重な経験です。
ま、しばらくはホルモン要りませんが(笑)
