豆匠

いただきました、兵庫県西宮市山口町、豆富工房「豆匠」の絹ごし豆腐と厚あげ。
何故に、遥か遠くから届く豆腐か！って感じですが、下さった方の親戚がお勤めになられている
そうです。豆腐の方は、冷奴で早速いただきました。
おいしかったです。かなり高級な豆腐でした（笑）
最近、おいしくて、高価な豆腐が出回っていますが、そんな感じ。
特筆すべきは、ものすごく柔らかかったです。崩れるほどに。
あ、崩れるといっても古いんじゃないぞ。ちりとてちんじゃないんだから！（笑）
旨味が流れ出す前にすくった豆腐のやわらかさです。絶品でした。ありがとうございました。

いっしょにいただいた、こちらは京都土産。
京都「大安」の「半割大根ゆず」。
僕は、苦手な漬物が多いし、柚子も苦手ですが、これは好物です。食べます（←我儘）。
だって、誰が食べても、これはおいしいんだって！（笑）
