実家の両親がいただいたものを、お裾分けでいただきました(^^;
さくらんぼ王国・山形の「佐藤錦」。
ただ甘いだけならアメリカン・チェリーでも良いわけですが、この甘みと酸味の絶妙なバランスと
瑞々しさは、山形産さくらんぼの王道ですね。まじ、美味い。大好きです。
