大阪土産と、戦勝報告（何の？・笑）がてら、またまた「La Antica Casa」に行ってきました。
写真は、ソーセージ盛合わせ(^^)
写真中がンドゥーヤです。カラブリアの名物料理で唐辛子と豚肉をソーセージにしたもの。
ただ辛いだけじゃなく旨味があります。辛いもの好きな僕には嬉しい逸品です。
写真左はサルデッラ。こちらもカラブリアの伝統食材です。しらすの唐辛子漬けです。
見た目に辛そうですけど、辛いです。でも、見た目ほどではないですよ。
僕は辛いものが好きですが、いわゆる我慢勝負みたいなのは嫌いですから。
ゆえにおいしく食べられる辛さだという事です。
このンドゥーヤとサルデッラは添えられたバゲットのトーストに塗って食べるのが極上です。
ま、そのまま食べてもマンマ・ミーア！なんですが（笑）
写真左はチョリソですね。これも辛いけどそれほどでもない。でもチョリソってスペインでしょ？
メキシコとかのチョリソに辛いイメージがありますが、本場スペインのチョリソって、それほど
辛くないんじゃないかな。憶測ですが。スペイン人、こんな辛いもん好まないもん（苦笑）
これも旨味があって好きですが、チョリソは肉を挽きません。ンドゥーヤは挽きます。
写真中はソプレッサータです。じゃ、これはどうするかと言うと「潰す」そうです。
で、大腸に詰める。間違えて小腸に詰めるとサルシッチャになります（笑）
ここまで来ると食べてるうちに何が何だか解らなくなってきますね。要するに軟サラミです。
チョリソとの区別が付きにくいですが。
写真右はボッコライオ。グアンチャーレです。豚の頬から喉にかけての脂身の多い部位を使って
います。この脂身の旨味が最高です。
写真左はサルサ・イン・サオール。鰯のマリネ。ヴェネツィアの名物料理だそうですね。
見た目の通りです。おいしいに決まってます（笑）
写真右はカサレッチェ・シチリアーニ。イタリア語で「家庭の」とか「手製の」という意味の
シチリアの伝統パスタです。溝のようなフチにソースによく絡みます。絶妙です。
田舎に住んでるからと云って都会に美味いイタ飯を求める必要はないな（笑）
この店が一番、手堅いぞ（笑）
