ひこにゃん通貨

彦根市では昨年からこのような紙幣が流通しているらしい（笑）
美しいひこね創造活動
彦根市地域通貨と云って、単位は「彦(げん)」。そんな音読み有りなのか（驚）
要するにボランティアとか「美しい行為」をすると、この紙幣をいただけて、市の施設の使用料や
手数料の支払いに利用できるとか。オモチャのように見えてオモチャではない（笑）
戸籍謄抄本・住民票の写し・印鑑証明書等の交付手数料、所得証明・納税証明等の交付手数料に
使用できるのだから。
でも、なかなか「美しい行為」に参加するってのは容易いことではないですからね。
この通貨の存在すらも知らない市民も多いようです。
でも、こうゆうところで、ひこにゃんはまだ活躍しているんですね(^^)
