「La Antica Casa」のシェフに東京土産をいただきました！ありがとうございました。
まず、写真左はcucina meridionale「ラ・スコリエーラ」のブオンリコルドのお皿です。
今、東京で話題沸騰の南伊の風が吹く店です（笑）
いやぁ、本当にこのお店を訪れたんですね。トンノ･ロッソ(赤いマグロ)に出逢えたでしょうか？
本来、ブオンリコルドの料理を食べていないものが、この皿を持っても意味を為さないのですが、
僕も必ずや東京で地中海に一番近い赤坂を訪れてみたいと思っているので、ＯＫ牧場です(^^)
写真中と右は「GIRASOLE」で入手したらしいデ・シモーネのカレンダーです。
僕が４月に「GIRASOLE」を訪れた時には一部しかなく、その現品をシェフへのお土産にしたの
ですが、このカレンダーは紙質が特殊でものすごく質感が良く、いつか購入したいと思っていたので
嬉しいです。既に１年の３分の１は終わってますがそんなことは関係ないですね。
どうせ、祝祭日は違うから実用性は乏しいのですが、絵がステキなんです。
額装しても、映えると思います。
聞けばこのカレンダーはオマケしていただいたそうなのですが、ってことはどんだけ「GIRASOLE」
で購入したのでしょうか？（笑）また、お店に色んなもんが増えているんじゃないでしょうね！
楽しみです（爆）いや、本当にありがとうございました。
