冬筍餅とオムレツ

訪れた友人から色々と手土産をいただいたのですが、とりあえずこのふたつ(^^)
まず、台湾みやげの「冬筍餅」？？？竹山名物とか書かれているので、そういう地方があるのだと
思います。中味はクラッカーのようなさくさくした食感のお菓子です。結構いける！
少し油っぽいですが、お酒のアテにはいいかも。集まった連中には概ね評判良く、みんなバクバク
食べてましたよ。ありがとうございました。

こちらは、友人の奥さんが出張料理で作ってくれたスパニッシュオムレツです。
スペインの方からの直伝レシピかと。おいしい。刺激的な味覚がなく、普通なら胡椒とか塩とかが
もっと入っていてもと感じるくらいなのですが、これに関してはこのくらいが一番おいしいんです。
じゃがいものおいしさも感じます。ほんわかとした幸せな料理です。
