おっと！まさかここで伯方の塩ラーメンを見ようとは（笑）そうそう、実は結構美味しいのですよこのラーメン。今治沖にある伯方島で喫茶店を経営している方が開発して、一時は松山方面でも塩ラーメンのお店を数店舗出してました。今は減ったかも知れませんけど、お土産として定着しましたねぇ。伯方のお店も塩ラーメンをメインにたこ飯や地元料理を出してて観光客が来てるみたいです。私も一度行きました。昔は普通の喫茶店だったのに。出る杭は…で良く言わない人もいますけど、個人的には頑張って欲しいお店です。
