わざわざ、友人のＴ夫妻が届けてくれました(^^)ありがとうございます。
福井の水ようかんは、冬が旬です。何故だか知りませんが。製法上の問題？
とにかく、寒い冬にこたつやストーブで暖まりながら、冷たい水ようかんを食べるのが、
福井のルールです（笑）だからこそ旨い。たっぷりの水分が喉を潤してくれます。
そういうことですから、僕が夏の水ようかんを語る時と冬の水ようかんを語る時は矛盾します。
で、ここからは完全に個人の好みの問題ですが、僕にとって冬の水ようかんは、濃すぎても
いけないし、甘すぎてもいけないのです（笑）
今回いただいた前豊製菓の水ようかんは、初めて食べたのですが、これでも少し濃いくらい。
でも、甘さが上品で控え目で驚きました。おいしい。本当に旨い。お薦めです。
ごちそうさまでした。ぺろりと食べちゃいました。本当においしかったよ。
